My Size Charts is a free application designed to help tailors and clothing professionals store and manage client measurements and garment size information.

1. Data Storage

My Size Charts stores the information entered by the user, such as client details, garment information, and measurements, locally on the user's device.

The application does not transmit this information to our servers or any external service.

2. Data Collection and Sharing

My Size Charts does not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share your client measurements or other information entered into the application with third parties.

The application does not require an online account or cloud service to store your measurement records.

Your information remains on the device where it was entered, subject to the normal operation and storage of that device.

3. Internet Access

The core functionality of My Size Charts does not require your client measurement data to be sent over the Internet.

Your locally stored records are not transmitted to the developer or third parties.

4. User Responsibility and Data Loss

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your information where necessary.

The developer does not guarantee that data stored on the device will always be preserved. Data may become unavailable or permanently lost due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Device damage or failure
• Loss or theft of the device
• Accidental deletion
• Uninstallation of the application
• Operating system failure or reset
• Storage failure
• Device replacement or factory reset
• Software errors or other unforeseen technical problems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be responsible or liable for loss, corruption, or inability to access locally stored client information resulting from such circumstances.

Users should maintain their own backups of important measurement records.

5. Children's Privacy

My Size Charts is a general-purpose application intended for use by tailors, clothing professionals, and other users.

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children through any online service.

6. Changes to This Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time if the application's functionality or privacy practices change.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of My Size Charts ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, opening, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the App's Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the App and uninstall it.

2. Free Application

The App is provided free of charge. The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, or remove the App entirely, at any time and without notice.

3. Purpose of the App

The App is a measurement and size reference tool for tailors, clothing professionals, retailers, and fashion businesses. It helps you record client measurements and garment size information and keep those records organized on your own device.

4. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for entering client details and measurements accurately and for verifying each value before saving it.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for the information stored on it.
• You must use the App only in accordance with applicable law, including any privacy and data protection law that applies to you.
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

5. Client Data and Consent

• The App stores information about your clients, such as names and measurements, entirely on your device.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent or permission required from your clients before entering their personal information into the App, and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the App to store or process client information in a way that breaches applicable law or a client's instructions.
• The developer neither collects, reviews, nor has access to any client information entered into the App.

6. Accuracy of Measurements and Sizes

• Measurements and size information shown in the App are reference values you enter. They are not verified by the developer.
• The App does not fit garments, does not measure a client, and does not guarantee that a garment produced from a recorded measurement will fit correctly.
• Size charts vary between brands, regions, and garments. You remain responsible for confirming that a recorded size or measurement is appropriate before relying on it.

7. Backups and Data Loss

Data is stored only on your device. The developer has no access to it and cannot recover it. Data may become unavailable or permanently lost as a result of device damage or failure, loss or theft of the device, accidental deletion, uninstallation of the App, an operating system failure or reset, storage failure, device replacement or factory reset, or software errors.

The developer does not provide cloud backup, data migration, or data restoration services, and has no obligation or responsibility to recover lost data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important client measurement records.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that measurements and size information will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the App or its use. This includes, without limitation, incorrect measurements or sizes, garments that do not fit as expected, data loss, corruption, or deletion, and any claim, loss, or dispute involving a client resulting from the use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or cloud services. Your device operating system, manufacturer, and app store remain third parties whose terms also apply to you.

11. App Changes and Availability

The developer may update the App to add features, fix defects, or address security issues. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. The App may be discontinued at any time, and no guarantee is given regarding continued availability or support.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. These Terms terminate automatically if you breach them. Upon termination, all data stored on your device is deleted when the App is uninstalled and the developer has no responsibility for it.

13. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Any update will be reflected by revising the "Effective Date" at the beginning of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are published implies acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
